Submitting Documents to The College
Here at The College we'll require a few different documents form you in order to wlecome you as one of our new students. These include your acadmeic and English language qualifications, passport, CV and more. STEP 1: Complete application form
Apply today using our Study Link - you can apply yourself or via an education agent..
STEP 2: Receive offer of admission
One of our friendly Admissions team will aim to process your offer within 10 to 15 working days. You will receive an update on your offer via Study Link - the system you used to submit your application. If you are applying to us without an education agent please be aware that a Student Recruitment Advisor will be in touch to explain your offer and help you with next steps.
STEP 3: Meet the conditions of your offer
If you have a Conditional Offer, you will need to meet the conditions which have been set out in your offer letter. These may include providing proof that you have obtained certain academic or English language level, or submitting a reference. Ensure you have read the conditions of your offer carefully and do ask us if you have any questions or concerns. You can upload these to your Study Link record.
STEP 4: Accept the offer
Once you have met all the conditions of your offer you will be issued with an Unconditional Offer. Many congratulations! Now you can pay the course fee deposit indicated and return a completed Acceptance of Admission form to The College.
You can make a payment via bank transfer, international bank draft or debit/credit card or online.

STEP 5: Confirmation of Acceptance (CAS)
In order for Swansea University to issue you with your CAS and Swansea University ID, we will prepare all your pre-CAS documents including your Student Route Visa Questionnaire, Reference and Admissions Student Route Declaration. Please note: Students under 18 will also be required to complete a Parent and Guardian consent form and provide a copy of their birth certificate.
Once everything has been received and checked, The College will send all your documents over to Swansea University. They will take up to 5 working days to release your CAS that is required for your visa application once your place is fully confirmed. This will be emailed directly to you, so do ensure you check your emails regularly.
STEP 6: Arrange student accommodation in Swansea
You must ensure you have arranged suitable accommodation before travelling to the UK. Demand is often high so you should arrange accommodation as soon as possible. Please note that there is no emergency accommodation available should you travel to Swansea and not have this in place.
STEP 7: Apply for your visa

STEP 8: Arrive in the UK
There are a number of ways that you can travel to Swansea. You should notify us of your arrival details, especially if you are not here for the first day of enrolment: firstname.lastname@example.org
STEP 9: Commence the first stage of your studies on your chosen pathway at The College, Swansea University
