Sarah Jones is the Customer Service Manager for Information Services and Systems at Swansea University. She manages the frontline services for Library, IT and Employability at the Singleton Park and Bay Campus Libraries. Formerly, manager of the Swansea University Transcription Centre, she is strongly influenced by the principles of inclusivity and universal design and she maintains these as central aims in the development and provision of services. Sarah and the ISS Customer Service Team use UX techniques to engage with service users in a process of continuous service review and improvement.
