About
Hasan joined SPECIFIC at Swansea University as a Technology Transfer Fellow - Electronics and Smart Systems Engineering in January 2018. As a member of the Smart Systems Integration and Development team based at the Pilot Manufacturing Resource Centre (PMRC) in Baglan, his main research and development activities include:
- Managing industrial-academic collaborative engineering R&D projects related to smart sensors and environmental/energy monitoring technologies
- Designing analogue/digital electronic systems and PCB layouts for SPECIFIC’s Active Building projects
- Developing and integrating embedded software for designed and manufactured electronic hardware
- Developing project proposals for industrial-academic collaborative engineering R&D projects
- Writing and reviewing research publications on smart sensors and wired/wireless communication technologies

- Nanoscale Electronic/Optical Data Storage and Memory Technologies
- Sensors and Communication Technologies for Renewable Energy Applications
- Nanoscale Materials and Devices for Neuromorphic Computing and Biomedical Engineering Applications
