The gem of Swansea Bay Sports Park is the outdoor athletics track, where Swansea Harriers and other Swansea running clubs train and we also offer state-of-the-art pitches and outdoor training space.
We welcome everyone from the absolute beginner to the experienced athlete to make use of our state-of-the art gym facilities.
You can try one of our fitness classes with your gym membership or on a pay-as-you-go basis.
For all-year-round use, no matter the weather, our indoor facilities are ideal.
We have plenty of indoor training options, including the sports hall which can be booked for games of basketball, badminton, or for general use, and there are squash courts too.
The 50m Wales National Pool Swansea is equally suited for a relaxing swim and top-level competition or training.
