Money@CampusLife run an advisor led service to students via email and live chat. When contacting the service please ensure that you provide all relevant information.
If you have a complex query involving such issues as previous study, residency, and funding appeals etc. it’s best to email us so that an advisor can provide a thorough/comprehensive response, and arrange a follow up session via telephone or zoom if required.
If, during a Live Chat communication, it is apparent that your enquiry is complex and needs further information, investigation, or clarification you may be offered further direct contact with a specific advisor off-line.
Please do not contact us via multiple methods about the same query. This causes an unnecessary duplication of workload. We are a small team who deal with queries and complex funding cases across all student groups including prospective students. The same team also assess all applications for student hardship. We aim to offer a comprehensive and timely service and thus your cooperation and patience is greatly appreciated.
You must confirm your name and student number at the beginning of every live chat session.
We are very busy at this time of year and want no delay in you getting an answer to your questions, therefore please check out our list of troubleshooting FAQ’s that the team at Money@CampusLife have put together based on the most common questions asked by students. If you cannot find the answer to your questions on the FAQ’s then please get in touch.

Please do not contact the Money team across multiple channels for the same query. Sending multiple communications for the same query can cause delays in our response to you. Please wait for a response to emails. These will be answered within 3 working days but this is usually much quicker. Our Money and Hardship Funds inboxes are monitored to ensure genuinely urgent queries are dealt with as a priority.
