Swansea University has a number of established network groups and programmes.
We proudly became the first Welsh HEI to be a member of Employers for Carers in August 2019. The membership offers access to a range of resources that can help us support our staff who juggle work and care.
Disabled Staff Network

LGBT+ Staff Network
The University has an established Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) + Staff Network
LGBT+ Allies Programme
The Allies Programme is open to everyone at the university who supports LGBT+ equality and wants to keep up to date with LGBT+ campaigns, events, and activities.
Mary Williams Group
A network of senior women across the University that was established on Ada Lovelace Day (15th October) 2013. The Group aims to share and utilise good practice, promote gender equality in their areas and act as role models.
SIREN (Swansea International Race Equality Network)
Swansea's International Race Equality Network (SIREN) is a network of individuals who have an interest in promoting race equality.
