Information for Sudanese Students
Candidates are expected to have achieved one of the following:
- Al-Thanawaya Al-Amah (GSEC): Min. 80% & Foundation year
- International Baccalaureate (IB): 28-34
- Diploma (from a higher institution) with a minimum grade C+ (50-59%)
including an IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in each part of the test (or equivalent). If you do not have an IELTS test certificate, please check our approved list of English tests.
Successful completion of a relevant Bachelors degree from a recognised institution with a minimum of a Second Class Lower Division - Bachelor Honours/Professional subject: Grade C+/Second Class Division II OR Bachelor General: Grade B or Second Class Division I with IELTS 6.5 with 6.0 in each part of the test (or equivalent).

Swansea University offers a range of international scholarships to help the most talented and ambitious students to reach their potential. To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, you must have submitted an application to study at Swansea University as you will need your student number to complete the scholarship form.
If you wish to be considered for a scholarship, it is advised that you should apply to Swansea University as soon as possible to avoid any possible delays.
