Gofynion Mynediad

Rhaid bod gan ymgeiswyr am le ar gwrs gradd ymchwil radd gyntaf o Brifysgol yn y DU neu Brifysgol arall a gymeradwywyd gan y Senedd a byddent fel arfer wedi cael o leiaf radd ail ddosbarth uwch (2:1) neu gymhwyster cyfatebol, neu'n disgwyl cael hynny.

Disgwylir i bob ymgeisydd nad Saesneg yw ei iaith gyntaf lwyddo yn y prawf IELTS (System Profi Iaith Saesneg Ryngwladol) gyda sgôr o 6.5.

Rydym yn gwerthfawrogi mai ysgol brofiad yw'r ysgol orau yn aml, felly, anogir ymgeiswyr â gradd is i wneud cais, ar yr amod y gallant ddangos 'mantais' i wneud iawn am y radd academaidd is. Croesewir ceisiadau gan bobl sydd heb radd hefyd.

Fel arfer, byddai disgwyl i'r rhai sy'n gwneud cais am le ar y rhaglen hon fodloni'r gofynion mynediad a nodir uchod. Ceidw'r Coleg/Ysgol yr hawl i ofyn am raddau a chymwysterau academaidd uwch. Mae penderfyniadau ynghylch derbyn myfyrwyr yn ystyried nid yn unig gymwysterau academaidd blaenorol, ond hefyd ffactorau sy'n cynnwys safon crynodeb yr ymchwil/y cynnig a gyflwynwyd gan yr ymgeisydd, ei berfformiad yn y cyfweliad (os oes angen), pa mor ffyrnig yw'r gystadleuaeth am nifer gyfyngedig o leoedd a phrofiad proffesiynol perthnasol (pan fydd yn briodol).

Yn ogystal â chymwysterau academaidd, gellir seilio penderfyniadau ynghylch derbyn myfyrwyr ar ffactorau eraill, gan gynnwys ond heb fod yn gyfyngedig i: safon y crynodeb/cynnig ymchwil, perfformiad yn ystod y cyfweliad, lefel y gystadleuaeth am leoedd cyfyngedig a phrofiad proffesiynol perthnasol.

Gofyniad am eirda

Yn arferol, gofynnir am ddau eirda cyn y gallwn anfon ceisiadau i Diwtor Derbyn rhaglenni ymchwil y Coleg/Ysgol i'w hystyried.

Caiff ceisiadau a dderbynnir heb ddau eirda wedi'u hatodi atynt eu gohirio nes y derbynnir y geirda sy'n weddill. Sylwer y gall oedi hir wrth dderbyn y geirda sy'n weddill arwain at ohirio'ch cais tan ddyddiad cychwyn/mis derbyn posib diweddarach, o'i gymharu â'r dyddiad y rhestroch yn gychwynnol fel y dyddiad dechrau o'ch dewis.

Efallai yr hoffech ystyried cysylltu â'ch canolwr (canolwyr) i'n cynorthwyo wrth dderbyn y geirda sy'n weddill neu, fel arall, gallwch ohirio cyflwyno'ch cais nes eich bod wedi dod o hyd i'ch geirda. Sylwer nad cyfrifoldeb Swyddfa Derbyn y Brifysgol yw dod o hyd i'r geirda sy'n weddill ar ôl i ni anfon e-bost cychwynnol at y canolwyr (canolwyr) a enwebwyd gennych, gan ofyn am eirda ar eich rhan chi.

Gall y geirda hwn fod ar ffurf llythyr ar bapur pennawd swyddogol neu gellir ei gyflwyno ar ffurflen geirda safonol y Brifysgol. Cliciwch ar y ddolen hon i lawrlwytho ffurflen geirda'r Brifysgol.

Fel arall, gall canolwyr anfon geirda mewn e-bost o'u cyfrif e-bost gwaith. Sylwer na ellir derbyn geirda a anfonir oddi wrth gyfrifon e-bost preifat, (h.y. Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail).

Gellir cyflwyno geirda i pgradmissions@abertawe.ac.uk.

Sut rydych chi'n cael eich goruchwylio

Rhoddir tîm goruchwylio i chi a fydd yn cynnwys prif oruchwyliwr a goruchwylwyr eilaidd. Bydd y tîm yn rhoi cymorth academaidd a bugeiliol i chi tra byddwch yn cwblhau eich ymchwil.
