We offer designated accommodation areas, Welsh language only accommodation, as well as accessible and adapted rooms for students with special requirements. Our accommodation team will support you through your application process to support you with making the best choice for your requirements.
Bay Campus
Bay Campus is home to Engineering, the School of Management, and the Computational Foundry, however accommodation here is open to students on any course, and there are frequent, direct bus services between campuses.
Bay Campus is one of the only University Campuses in the UK with direct access to the beach and its own seafront promenade.
The types of accommodation at Bay Campus include twin rooms, en-suites, premium en-suites, wheelchair accessible rooms and 1 & 2-bed flats.

Singleton Park Campus
Singleton Park Campus is where you will find the School of Culture and Communication, School of Social Sciences, School of Health and Social Care, School of Psychology, School of Biosciences, Geography and Physics, the Medical School and Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law. Students studying any subjects can live on Singleton Park Campus and there are frequent direct busses between campuses.
All Singleton residences are within walking distance of the park, the beach, Swansea Bay Sports Park, Singleton Hospital and Swansea Bay.
Singleton provides Standard & en-suite rooms, self and part-catered as well as pre-paid dining options.

Beck House
Beck House, or Tŷ Beck as it is known in Welsh, comprises 6 large Victorian houses plus a mixture of shared and single accommodation providing good quality, family, couple and mature student accommodation.
Situated in the Uplands area of Swansea, 1.5 miles from Singleton Park Campus, Beck House has shops, bars, cafés, banks, restaurants all located within walking distance. There is also a free car park at Beck House.
Beck House is a small and friendly site that is a popular and affordable option for mature students, postgraduate students, families, couples and international students.

Hendrefoilan Student Village
Hendrefoilan Student Village is closing in June 2023, and will not be available for applications thereafter.
This large off-campus residence site is popular with students looking for low cost and sociable accommodation. HSV provides self-catered accommodation with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities and free wi-fi.
Located two miles from Singleton Park Campus, Bus services run regularly to both campuses and the City Centre. HSV also offers free car parking 24 hours a day for the length of your tenancy, so is a great option if you plan to bring a car.
Free Student Bus Passes
HSV student residents with tenancies for the period of the study (Minimum 20 weeks) will receive a free bus pass for the duration of the stay (usually costing £310). Bus services run regularly to both campuses and the City Centre and offer free wifi while travelling. The bus pass will cease when the tenancy ends. Whilst we provide the bus pass we are not responsible for the Bus Service. Not available for visitors/short-stay/summer accommodation
